In-stock items will be shipped within 36 hours of the receipt of the order, backordered items will be sent as soon as they are available. Non-stocking items will have a lead time of 2-12 weeks, depending on the product.Method of Shipment
CCHC ships worldwide. For orders outside the continental US, please call our customer service department at (940) 327-8113 for shipping charges and details. All shipping addresses must be a physical address (no PO boxes). Shipping Charges for orders within 48 states
Lubrisyn products will be shipped seperately from other products ordered and additional shipping fees will apply.

Returns/Product Guarantee
Return authorizations must be obtained from our office by calling 888-81-HORSE. Chris Cox Horsemanship Company will only accept returns when they have a valid return number listed on the outside of the return package. CCHC guarantees products to be free of manufacturer defects. Defective products must be returned for exchange within 30 days of the shipment date. Products returned for exchange will be sent free of charge. All returns must contain the original packing slip and/or receipt with the return number. DVDs cannot be returned unless they are defective and can be exchanged for the same product only. CCHC is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. |
